Galley Whip Construction

These are constructed, starting with a shot bag, which is then bolstered, then belly plaited, over this a second bolster, and finished with an overlay 16 plait. Attached are 30 4mm kangaroo hide tails, finished with two pineapple knots and a convenient wrist strap. The measurement is taken from end to end.
