Payment

Here at Essentia there is no deposit and no up front payment, email your requirements and you'll then go into the work book, a few days before your whip is due to be plaited you'll recieve an email, if you still want to go ahead with your order we sort out payment then using one of the two methods below, this way you pay and a few days later your whip is in your hand, this seems much fairer to me than paying months in advance or paying non refundable deposits as is the case on other internet sites.

Waiting Times

Waiting times can change based on a multitute of variables, anything from the time of year to a bout of the flu, a bad cut or even the strength or weakness of the pound against another currency!

Whilst I do my very best to factor in extra time to allow for unexpected time out of the workshop it is not unusual to fall behind due to one of the variables listed above, when this happens I do endeavour to catch the time back up as quickly as is possible, please understand this when you order.
